What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Thomasville, Trinity, High Point, Greensboro, & surrounding areas in North Carolina. Not sure if we deliver to you? Contact us at (704) 936-6230 and we'll be happy to let you know.
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental is for a full day (up to 8 hours). Need more time? Let us know and we can discuss extended rental options.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes! Delivery, setup, and takedown are included in your rental. All you need to do is make sure there's enough space and access to power (we’ll help guide you on that too).
Is supervision required?
Yes. An adult must be present to supervise children while using the inflatable at all times. For larger events, we can provide an attendant upon request (for an additional fee).
What if it rains or the weather is bad?
We don’t charge cancellation fees for weather-related issues. If rain or high winds are in the forecast, you can cancel or reschedule at no extra cost.
What’s your policy?
A small deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due on or before the day of your event. We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours before your event for a full refund.
